When you deposit by bank transfer in MVR the wallet offers two optional promotions: 15% Deposit Bonus – MVR (from 50 MVR, bonus up to 16,000 MVR, can be taken repeatedly) and 100% First Deposit Bonus – MVR (first deposit only, minimum 80 MVR, bonus up to 16,000 MVR). USD deposits show the USD versions: 100% first deposit from 5 USD and 15% from 3 USD, each capped at 1,000 USD. Every bonus has its own wagering terms, and bonus terms must be completed before a withdrawal, so read them on the Kirabet bonuses page or in the wallet before you accept. The default choice is I Don’t Want a Promotion.

The Kirabet Help Centre adds a playthrough rule: if you deposited with a bonus, complete the bonus terms first; if you deposited without a bonus, the deposit must be wagered before you withdraw. Withdrawals are also limited by the terms to two per 24 hours and to monthly caps of 10,000 EUR equivalent (5,000 EUR when your balance is at least ten times your total deposits). If a request is refused, the usual causes are a different payout account, an unfinished bonus or pending verification.

Pick a coin and press Start deposit; the wallet then gives you the deposit address for that coin. Send only that coin on the network shown (TRC20 for USDT, BSC for BUSD and BNB) — a transfer on the wrong network cannot be recovered. The amount is credited to your MVR balance at the rate applied when the transfer is confirmed. Crypto is a deposit method only: payouts are made by bank transfer to an account you have deposited from, so crypto-only players should ask live support how a withdrawal will be handled before they deposit.
Check that you sent the exact amount entered in the wallet, from the account you selected. Keep the transfer receipt and attach it in the wallet if you have not. If the balance is still unchanged, open live support with the date, amount and reference of the transfer.
Compare the account number with the one you deposited from — payouts go only to that account. Then check that no bonus is still open, that you have not already made two withdrawals today and that your account is verified.
The wallet states that deposits below the minimum (50 MVR by bank transfer) are refunded rather than credited. Contact live support with the receipt so the refund can be matched to your transfer.
The form rejects amounts under 160 MVR or over 49,000 MVR, and anything above your current balance. Split a larger payout over several days: the limit is two withdrawals a day.
